Am I entitled to free updates?
One of the great features of The uCertify PrepEngine software is that all customers get free updates for one full year. Refer to Software Updates for information about updating the program.
Do I need an Internet connection to be able to use the program?
No you do not need Internet connection to use the software. However, the program does need to be activated at one time. The main way to activate the program is by using the online application built into the program. The program does include an alternate activation method, where users can download and license file from web and activate the program by double clicking on the license file. You may also require Internet connection for colloboration feature such as rating, feedback and discuss it.
Do you offer a Macintosh version of The uCertify PrepEngine?
Currently The uCertify PrepEngine software is available only for Windows based operating systems. If you have Virtual PC on your Macintosh computer, you can use The uCertify PrepEngine when running Virtual PC.
